What Data We Collect

We collect the information you give us directly through our demo and contact forms:

  • Job title
  • Organisation
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Any other details you choose to include in your message

We also collect basic, cookieless site analytics using Fathom Analytics. This gives us an anonymous picture of how the site is used without tracking individual visitors or sharing data with advertising platforms.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Respond to your demo request or enquiry
  • Follow up with you about UNPACK where we believe there is a legitimate business interest
  • Send occasional product updates and case studies, but only if you have ticked the marketing consent box

Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending marketing emails immediately.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We rely on two lawful bases under UK GDPR:

  • Legitimate interests: to respond to your enquiry and follow up with relevant B2B sales information.
