The Facilitator Hub is the digital command post that comes with every UNPACK kit. It runs alongside the physical experience and does the heavy lifting so your facilitators can do the important work; watching the team.

Most facilitation of complex scenarios happens heads down. The facilitator is buried in the manual, tracking puzzle states and managing the clock, which means the person best placed to observe the team spends the session running the event instead of reading the room. The Hub takes the admin off their hands and puts their eyes back on the behaviours that matter.

Puzzle Tracker
Every puzzle in the scenario, its live status and its solve state at a glance. The facilitator always knows exactly where the team is without leaving the observation position.
Session timer and controls
One clock runs the room. Pause if a debrief needs a moment, end when the scenario is complete.

Capture moments as they happen with one-tap observation chips like strong collaboration, falling behind or standout moment. Every entry is timestamped, so the debrief is built on evidence rather than memory.
