The Challenge.
Weatherby’s Bank wanted to move the dial on Cyber awareness.
The Cyber team wanted colleagues across two offices to understand what a live threat looks like and to experience the processes involved in combatting it.
The brief was for a pop-up session that could run in the London and Wellingborough offices across two weeks, taking a range of teams from across the bank through the bank’s own threats and processes in a form they would remember.
The Kit.
A bespoke scenario using UNPACK’s kit built around Weatherbys’ own security protocols and the threats. Teams of up to eight work through 8 linked challenges under time pressure; a phishing email that has to be spotted and reported, a breach that has to be contained in the right order, a decision on what to escalate and to whom.
Every answer is a step from the bank’s real process.
The session ran as a pop-up: set up in a meeting room in the morning, teams rotating through slots across the day, then packed into its case and driven to the next office.
The Outcome.
100+ colleagues through the kit in five days across two offices, run inside the working week with no external venue.
Weatherbys first worked with us on an event in 2025. They came back for a new scenario after seeing the impact of the initial experience.
The sessions landed really well for the staff and Paul was great - he engaged everyone!
